Maccabi Hunter Haifa, the Maccabi Haifa Youth Department and Maccabi Haifa Carmel announced today they have signed a cooperative agreement. As part of the agreement, every member from the Maccabi Haifa youth basketball department will receive a Maccabi Hunter Haifa season ticket. In addition, the clubs will hold joint marketing activities and sell season tickets with a special price offer to the players’ parents, to high school basketball classes and to all of Maccabi Haifa Carmel’s sports departments.
An important part of the agreement includes wide professional support from Maccabi Hunter Haifa and their staff to the Maccabi Haifa Youth Department. The agreement was signed by Maccabi Hunter Haifa’s vice chairman, Arnon Shiran, Maccabi Haifa Youth Department’s chairman, Ilan Beck, Maccabi Haifa Carmel chairman, Nir Anavi and the new CEO of Maccabi Haifa Carmel, Roy Shvetz.
“Our goal from day one has to fill up the arena with Green fans, and to have full cooperation between our team and the youth department brings everyone a lot of joy,” said Maccabi Hunter Haifa team owner Jeff Rosen.
“We are very happy about this agreement,” said Shiran. “We waited a long time for this to come to fruition, and our expectations are to see a Green east stand, full with kids from the Maccabi Haifa Youth Department.”
“I think that Maccabi Haifa and Jeff Rosen deserve to see the east stand full with the future fans and future players of Haifa basketball. It’s a dream come true and it will benefit both sides,” Beck said
“I am pleased about this historic agreement, which is good for all parties, including the Green basketball in Haifa. We wish nothing but success, for an exciting and interesting season,” Anavi said.
